Ebi & Tobiko Soba Noodle

Drench GLOSS into a of soba noodle to create a refreshing and delightful flavor that is sweet and tangy. Elevate your dining experience with good amount of tobiko for a satisfying pop.

for 4 servings

  • 100g dried soba noodle
  • 4 medium prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 200g tobiko (flying fish roe)
  • 5g spring onions, finely chopped

Sauce: 5 tablespoons Served with: GLOSS


  • Fill a pot halfway with water, cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the soba noodles to cook until tender. 
  • Drain the noodles and transfer to a bowl of iced water to cool completely.
  • Boil water and cook prawns until cooked and set aside in chiller.
  • Assemble soba noodle, prawn, tobiko on plate.
  • Top it with GLOSS and finely chopped spring onion.
  • Ready to served chilled. Enjoy!
